Our course focuses on the "ABC" fundamentals—Agility, Balance, and Coordination—which are the building blocks for all sports. Instead of just one sport, children experience a "carousel" of activities designed to build confidence, teamwork, and physical fitness. Daily Activities Include: Classic Sports: Football, Benchhball, Fun & Games: Dodgeball, Capture the Flag, and Obstacle Courses. Skill Zones: Target practice, relay races, and "Reaction Challenges." Creative Down-time: Arts & crafts, team-building puzzles, and "chill-out" zones for lunch.
