The aims of these sessions are for the girls to get as many touches of the ball as possible . Each week there will be a warm up with a football, a focus for the main part of the session, followed by some small sided games. Session focuses are : Turning skills, receiving skills, travelling with the ball, attacking, defending, finishing & passing over varying distances.
