Our Wednesday After-School Football Club is our development program for Key Stage 2 pupils (Years 3, 4, 5, and 6). Designed for all ability levels—from energetic beginners to advanced club players—this program moves away from standard playground recreation and focuses on structured physical literacy, technical mastery, and tactical understanding of the beautiful game.

To ensure maximum engagement and high-quality touches on the ball, our weekly sessions follow a proven, high-tempo structure:

Ball Mastery & Agility Warm-ups: Fast-paced drills designed to improve coordination, fast feet, and confidence with the ball at both feet.

Topic-Specific Skill Drills: Dynamic, game-realistic scenarios focusing on the "Topic of the Week" (e.g., overlapping runs, defending in 2v1 situations, or counter-attacking).

Small-Sided Games (SSGs): Utilizing 3v3 and 4v4 match play to ensure high involvement, rapid decision-making opportunities, and maximum fun.

Whether your child is looking to build confidence, make new friends, or refine their skills for weekend league play, our professional environment ensures they finish their Wednesday inspired and active.

Who: Boys and Girls in Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6)

Equipment: Please ensure children have appropriate footwear (trainers or moulds), shin pads, and a water bottle.
